The casino explained that the delay was due to additional security checks for the substantial amount of the winnings, but confirmed that the verification process was now complete and the withdrawal had been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the player did not respond to our messages. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to the lack of the player’s response.

Hello,


i made a withdrawal the 26 July 4pm.

As per their T&C withdrawal are treated writhin 24 hours.


i contacted the support several time to try to have update, no answer except « your withdrawal will be treated very soon ». My VIP Manager (what a joke to be honest) is also ignoring my email.


Could you please help me to get my money back ?


i also think you should maybe mention that they don’t respect their T&C in their review.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
