Hello casino guru I just found out of you guys from a fellow gambler very good stuff you’re doing I’m hoping you can help me out. I have a big balance to withdrawal and I’m afraid it’s gonna take forever I emailed the billing department to see if they can make my withdrawal limit higher but they never got back to me. It’s been over 2 weeks with the validation process yes I messed up but now I’m done and still waiting. Plz help me get a higher withdraw rate and if you can help me get my money out of here. I’ve read that this casino likes to choose where to put your money since I bought in with my card and want to withdrawal with btc plz tell them not to touch my credit and send it to btc thank you. I just want all my money out and not take 3-6 months for it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the General T&Cs and I found this:

"9. All payouts from Las Atlantis Casino are limited to $2,500 per transaction. This limit can be adjusted by the Casino, according to the Customer Level, or as per a mutual agreement with the Customer’s VIP host.

10. The large payments may be divided into smaller units and paid out, according to the Casino’s payout limits, and the Player’s current Customer Level.

13. The Customer can only have one pending payout at a time."

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if you currently have any pending withdrawals? If yes, when exactly did you request them?

Do I understand correctly that you have passed the verification?

Hello Kristina I’m waiting for them to accept my confirmation for my btc address I emailed billing department to see if they can make my withdrawal higher limit since I have a 25k balance. They never reached back to me or my casino host about the matter I don’t wanna wait 6 months or longer to get my money I won. If you can intervene and help me out I would really appreciate that!
