The player from US would like to increase the withdrawal limit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have a big balance to withdrawal and I’m afraid it’s gonna take forever I emailed the billing department to see if they can make my withdrawal limit higher but they never got back to me. "9. All payouts from Las Atlantis Casino are limited to $2,500 per transaction. This limit can be adjusted by the Casino, according to the Customer Level, or as per a mutual agreement with the Customer’s VIP host.
10. The large payments may be divided into smaller units and paid out, according to the Casino’s payout limits, and the Player’s current Customer Level.
13. The Customer can only have one pending payout at a time."
Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if you currently have any pending withdrawals? If yes, when exactly did you request them?
Do I understand correctly that you have passed the verification?
