despite several emails advising my withdrawal is being processed it is now over 3 weeks
I had a similar issue with Damslot who eventually paid but this withdrawal is over 3 weeks now

Just so you are aware, the process is slightly longer as we use foreign banks and wire transfers from a different base currency so we need to be 100% sure the money when sent will hit your account in full and in your currency and that its not bounced back and the process has to start again, I truly feel your frustration and rest assured we are doing all we can to get you paid as quickly as we can.
You will always be paid any money owed in full as per the terms and conditions state. We are an experienced team and make thousands of payments a day.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

no , they said it has been fully processed and paid on their side , however I have not received it . I have received withdrawals from them before , but this one is now over 3 weeks . They have provided the payment reference number etc . It seems to have been lost in transit

Did you try contacting your bank to track the transaction based on the details that have been provided by the casino?
I eventually received the money after a month
this is the problem with these unregulated casinos . They use different methods to deposit and withdraw money ( all very shifty )
