The player from Arkansas had encountered an issue with the casino where only a portion of his withdrawal was transferred. The casino had justified the incomplete transfer by attributing it to fees. Following his complaint, the casino inaccurately claimed his deposits had been invalid and the balance was from a bonus. Despite our efforts to understand the situation and resolve the issue, the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

They supposedly sent 76.50 out if a 142.50 withdrawal request. Haven't received payment and was told the rest was taken for fees. After complaining to them they lied and said my deposits weren't valid and the balance was from 1st day bonus winnings. Which is false. I have photos to prove it. They steal your winnings.
