Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. We will contact the casino and ask for their standpoint, but, before we do that, please could you forward any relevant communication or screenshots of to petronela.k@casino.guru?

In regard to active bonuses, I have checked promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"Only one bonus can be claimed and be active at a time per player. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked". Casino management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior. The welcome bonus offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other open account offer."

Sadly, that explains why your bonus winnings have not been paid. I hope we will be able to help you with the rest of the problem as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
