I deposited 900 in khelraja on 5th January 2024 , but 25 days over still deposit not credited, complained many times to khelraja customer care but they are so useless and careless . They never showed interest in my deposit issue , i contact my bank for chargeback but they are rejected saying deposit was successful credit to khelraja, but khelraja not adding my deposit . They are doing fraud pls help me casinoguru, from 25 days still I'm waiting for my deposit

Could you confirm whether you have already been in touch with your payment provider? Based on the screenshot you have shared with us, it appears that the bank has informed you that your payment was rejected by the merchant. This suggests that your deposit was not received by the casino and that's why it has not been credited to your casino account.

Please forward me the proof of the deposit as well as your official bank statement for January. My email address is veronika.l@casino.guru.
