I deposited 30$ and won up to 800$. I made the withdrawal on dec 2nd. Then they changed my withdrawal to 210$ saying i used a coupon but i never did. My account manger marcus even verified saying i never used a coupon so i will get the 800. So it was agreed 800 will be deposited within 48hrs. Then i get a email saying the banking team is gonna do another investigation that will take 12 to 15 business days that was on December 19th. Now it is January 11th and now the customer service says ill be getting a wmail from the banking team within 72hrs. Is there any people out there that can help me get my money
