The player from Oklahoma had requested a withdrawal of $525 a month ago. Despite having provided all the necessary documentation and communicated with the casino through chat and email, she had received no response. Her account had been verified and she had accumulated her winnings using both real money and a bonus. Despite our attempts to facilitate communication between the player and Kats Casino, the casino had failed to respond. As the casino was operating without a valid license and didn't refer to any ADR service, there was no gaming authority to turn to. We had marked the complaint as 'unresolved', which might have negatively affected the casino's rating.

I made the withdrawal for $525.00 on October 19 and the only communication is with chat. They advised me to send an email to banking and let them know my preferred method of withdrawal which I did a couple of weeks ago with absolutely no response. They approved all my required documents for withdrawal.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I’m not sure when they approved my documentation but chat confirmed it was approved. I did send the email with my documents on 10/19/23 I deposited real money plus they gave me a bonus on top. It’s been a couple of weeks ago since I’ve chatted with support. I’ve never gotten a confirmation email from them.

I have a little more information to add. I deposited $105.02 via bitcoin and used coupon code Cruise500 for 500%. I played with $510.10. I requested the money after meeting the wagering requirements.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side.

Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 


I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
