I questioned Kats casino why no steps have been taken to process my withdrawal. They said I had to send kyc info. I jave made withdrawals in the past and they have my kyc info. But today the representative said every time you make a withdrawal you have to send all your documents. I never had to do that in the past. Also noone emailed me and told me they needed documents again. Seems to me they just give you the run around and put your withdrawal off as long as they can.
