I made a deposit and the deposit came with a chip afterwards. I redeemed chip and met the play through requirements and requested within stated max withdrawable amount. After waiting 12 business days 3/26/23 to 4/11/23 I now get called saying there was a "mistake" and the max cashout is only $100. How can you post and advertise something and after someone deposits and wins then say. Ooops my bad. This is terrible terrible business. Means every deposit there you never know if they will honor or not. Depends if they "made a mistake" even in their terms and conditions it states max cash out at $100. Unless stated otherwise! And it’s clearly stated what their MWA is. Please tell me I’m not the only one who thinks this is shady business! How can it be ok to advertise one thing and then pay out completely different. From $642 to i should be ok with $100. This is a scam

filethis is what promo shows with max cashout! I got a call today saying I was only able to cashout $100 contrary to what it clearly states. Saying "it was a mistake" if it’s a mistake sounds like they should be on the hook, not me. I followed all rules and requirements.
