The player from the US accumulated winnings with a bonus. His winnings later disappeared. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was offered a free no deposit chip at this casino so i decided i would give them a try. I played with it and met the wagering requirements, validated my id and validated my account. I was assured that all i had to do was make a depositn to withdraw my winnings. I made a deposit using bitcoin and attempted to withdraw my winnings which i was told several times by the reps that it would be instantly in my account. as soon as i deposited the funds the whole story changed and they adjusted my winnings to 0. I have been told bye the manager of the casino that i spoke with on the phone i would be contacted as well as paid my winnings which never happened. The casino tells you whatever it takes to get your money but they absolutly refuse to pay their debts. This casino is bye far the worst ive ever seen for getting paid. I strongly suggest dont play at any of the 3 casinos under this managment!!

No the casino repeatedly informed me that if i wanted to receive the winnings that i had to deposit $20 in bitcoin. This deposit was to simply validate my account and they would then instantly deposit the $150 i won. So i deposited as instructed, then the promise of them sending the $150 to my bitcoin address instantly changed to them telling me that i claimed multiple no deposit bonus codes in a row at their casino. That is totally not true, i only claimed one bonus ever at Jupiter club casino. They took my money and they lied so that i would deposit money as well. (i played the deposit credit to less than $1usd) My casino account statement shows that they "adjusted my winnings two days after i won the money which was several days before i deposited the deposit to verify my account. They knew the whole time that even if i did deposit that they were not gonna pay me. So if they knew that then the chat reps. are also liars that tell you whatever they want so they can not only take your winnings but scam you into depositing funds also. The entire Jupiter Club Casino is Employed with liars and cheats from my experiences. I have called the support and talked to the floor manager even. She assured me that i would be paid after she returned from the weekend and she would email me as well as call me to make certain i was paid. She didnt call,she never emailed me, and i have not been paid anything. The chat support refuses to answer my questions and they treat me like im an idiot. I ask them a question and they respond with some irrelivent response that has nothing at all to do with the situation and they think its fun to make sure that they are not helping me then they just hang up. ive contacted them at least 10 times and they keep on escalating my withdrawal then they lie and they have even laughed at me. Im filing a law suit againts Genesys Technology who owns and operates the casino website if this complaint doersnt settle the matter. I dont like being scammed.
