I was with this site from more than 5 years.and was vip members. Before it was good site but now due to new support team its become wrost site ever.now they remove my vip status to normal account after 5 yeard being vip

.guys its tottaly scam now. Only old support team was good like dylan and keith. But now all support team is rude.if u ask for any bonus they will treat u like begger. U need to beg for bonus even you r vip and they will also refuse it. So better stay away from this site .its become wrost site ever now. Join it in your own risk. Thanks for reply veronica .i am not asking for vip status back as i request already to delete my account .i cant be part of this scam.i just lodge my complaint here to inform others what may be happend with u even you are loyal player to this site. How u will be treated by support staff .its just to raise awareness for player who wishing to join and deposit their hard earned money there in hope to win big and take advantage of vip programme.nothing else thanks
