As with all other customers who wanted to withdraw money, this was not possible for me either. Pointless reasons are mentioned for a withdrawal refusal whereas a deposit worked within seconds! I don't understand how such a site can be freely accessible in Germany and the EU!!! You just get ripped off and you can't do anything about it!!! Also, the fact that Casinoguru gives such a realistic positive rating for these criminals shows that they are all in league without being on each other's payroll!!! You are also a joke if so many reports about NON-PAYMENT continue to leave a positive rating!
