Is your account already verified? Did you try to use the same method for withdrawal as for the deposit? Did you claim any bonus in the casino?
Please note that if you are trying to withdraw from a different payment method, the casino can ask you to make a minimum deposit from that payment provider to verify it. It is a common procedure in many casinos specially if it's you first ever withdrawal request.
