The player has been unable to access the casino site after her deposit. We rejected the complaint because the player did not respond to us.
Logged in deposited $50, money never fell in, got on chat after 20 mins spoke with rep who advised a delay with deposits advised me to wait 30 more minutes. After about 45 mins she advised money was in account which it was. I proceeded to choose a game and was kicked out, unable to even log in now, it's been 1.5 hrs now and fsnt access it, very annoying, just want cash back now
