I deposited 125 dollars on two separate accounts and devices I never got my bonus or my free spins then the website refused to load so it was impossible to play they basically stole my money and made it near impossible to contact support as I couldn't get on there website this was the biggest scam I have had to deal with regarding online gambling

I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Since you have filed this complaint almost 24 hours ago, could you please advise if the issue is persisting? Additionally, please forward any relevant screenshots and try to clear cache & cookies. Could you please explain what you have meant with "I deposited 125 dollars on two separate accounts and devices"?
