The player from Japan has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. The player has confirmed receipt of the payment after an alternative payment method had been used.

For several weeks now, every time I apply for a withdrawal, it is denied. When I contacted the casino, I was told that the request was denied due to an error on the payment system side and that there was nothing the casino could do about it, and that I should reapply. I have since reapplied several times to no avail. I tried to contact the casino several times, but only got the same answer. I have used the same payment method at other casinos and the error has only occurred at jetcasino recently. I believe it is on the casino's end, but they will not remedy it.

The payment methods I use are "ecopayz" and "jeton"!

I do not want any other withdrawal method.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I have been in the casino business for many years. So I understand what you are saying. However, there is no point in waiting for time, because withdrawals are denied due to payment issues, not late payments.

Currently $200 is pending since Dec 5 and the remaining amount is still in my account balance as it keeps getting denied.

My account has been verified as normal and I have applied for withdrawal several times in the past week and have been denied. Please give me your email address so I can send you pictures of the proof.

Certainly the payment method is working fine!

About $1300 has been withdrawn.

However, the remaining $200 is not completely resolved as it is currently pending.
