The player from Albania had faced a withdrawal delay of over 10 days from Jet Casino despite having successfully completed an additional verification process. This wasn't the first time the player had had issues with this casino; a previous withdrawal had taken more than 40 days. The player was concerned about the casino's fairness and their then-current funds. After the player contacted the Complaints Team, we intervened and contacted the casino. The casino claimed an additional verification was necessary. After a month, the player received their payment. We marked the complaint as resolved.

10 days now since I submitted a withdrawal request of just 264 usd from jet.casino. At first, Jet canceled the withdrawal for additional verification which I promptly sent and they approved it. Submitted the withdrawal again and now after 10 days I get this response from their live chat "Your withdrawal request is under additional verification by the administration of our website. This verification may take up to 31 working days from the moment the withdrawal request is created".

I had really small activity on their site that can be double-checked in 2 minutes, but they clearly do not like to pay anyone.

This is not the first problem I had with Jet.Casino. They took more than 40 days to pay me 175 usd, two years ago. I really forgot about that experience and deposited again. But now the same...

I think they are unfair Casino and have unfair terms and I'm concerned about my money there this time. And based on my experience the casino.guru rating of jet.casino is out of this world... I decide to deposit or not to any Casino just based on Casino.Guru rating.

Please help me get my money as you have done in the past with other dishonest casinos.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hello!


Today two weeks from the withdrawal request and I have not received my money yet. I have verified my account twice, including videos of me holding my passport next to my face. Jet.Casino have confirmed that have verified my account twice. So there is nothing to be checked anymore. My fund are being held just because they do not like to pay. Simply as that. And checking Jet reviews on your site or elsewhere there are tons of people being treated the same. Please check if you can do anything about this case.

Your reply speaks for itself. "The methods and results of verification of gaming activity are confidential"... these kind of rules do exist only at scam Casinos. I want you to make it public (to me and Casino Guru) if I have cheated or done anything wrong at your site. Played only for 2 hours and the verification you speaking about....you could have done that in minutes not 25 days till now. First time I played and cashed out some money in 2022, you also took 40 days to pay me. So I assume you just do not like to pay. I deposited only because of your rating at Casino Guru. I hope Casino Guru will be a fair judge on this case.

Dear Dominika and Dear Jet.Casino representative! Today the 31 days deadline since I placed the withdrawal request did expire. So I guess is not about investigating anything but cheating people out of their money.

They paid today. Thank you Dominika! If not for you and Casino Guru they would've kept my money... Two times I have been paid from Jet. Casino. First payout took 40 days, the second one in exactly 31 days. Will not recommend this experience to no one.
