I have with drawn before and was fully verified at least two or three times in the 8 or 9 years I've been playing with them , I am a frequent depositing customer. And usually 3 business days after withdrawing I always have money but this time. They are giving me a hadd time cuz I moved so updated address and they said that was all good and still waiting for them to even accept the withdrawal.... I've uploaded my documents still waiting cant get ahold of live chat ever I wait and wait and wait and then it doesnt work. I'm at the point I dont want to play with them ever again I just want my 2500.00 and someone from their team to contact me not some automated email telling me not to reply.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
