I started with a free spins bonus. I won a small amount, continue playing. I completed the playtrough, transferred the amount won into real money and cashed out. I subsequently made a reverse withdrawal of part of my winnings to continue playing and I won the jackpot of $6000. the site refuses to pay me more than $100 which would be the maximum cashout even if I no longer played with bonus money.

I didn't make a deposit. with the free spins I won around $10, which I played until I completed the playtrough. subsequently I won around 680 which I cashed out. on this 680 I made a reverse withdrawal of $60 in order to continue playing then with this $60 I won a jackpot of $6000 which they refused to pay me. They want to pay me the max cashout of $100 just saying that the jackpot was won on my bonus, which is not the case. I had an active withdrawal of $680 before, they should have taken the max cashout on it if that is the case as they say.

here is the first withdrawal i make and the second, few days ago... in addition I had won a jackpot of approximately $6800, I kept $800 in my balance and I continued to play. the site allowed me to play my $800 winnings but did not allow me to cash out my $6000??????? it doesn't make sense

Today the amount was return to my account because it seem i make a mistake when i filled the bank information (?) So, the withdrawal amount available is REALLY 6000$, but when i asked to a operator if a can receive the total amount, she says idk 🙁 here is the screenshot of my withdrawal amount available, with 0$ in bonus cash .... i dont understand why they dont paid me 🙁

I am afraid that since you reversed your withdrawal request of $680 immediately after submitting it, the cap of $100 for free spin winnings has never been applied. Therefore, this cap was to be applied later, with your subsequent withdrawal. I'm afraid that the casino is right to cap your jackpot winnings to the sum of $100 since the initial cap has not been applied yet.
