I am writing to report an issue with my recent deposit of $250 worth of ETH, which has not been credited to my account. The transaction was completed with over 400 confirmations, and the transaction ID is 0x38e20cae378c5d4f1dbc3c20e8c716306e531839c970cfb23cd96a42966f7edf. It has been while since the deposit, and the funds are still not reflected in my account. Given the number of confirmations, this process should not be delayed, and I am extremely frustrated that it’s taking over three business days without any resolution to investigate. I expect a timely resolution, but based on this experience, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend Jackbit to others if this is how customer issues are handled, especially concerning funds and deposits. Please assist me as soon as possible to ensure that my funds are properly deposited.

In such a situation, presumably, the transaction should not have left your wallet. Please let me know if there is any other information I might have overlooked, otherwise the complaint will be closed as unjustified.
