The player from New Zealand has been trying to withdraw his winnings for a few months. The complaint was resolved as the player received his winnings.
Won $1500 in June 2020 Been fed $750 on the drip feed. played $250.00 in good faith, Been trying to withdraw the last $500.00.to no avail for the last 2 months all i get is excuse after excuse delaying tactics. Not a good advert to the company.

I have completed all the necessary qualifications to withdraw cash.
So far i have received 3 amounts of $250. AU. to my bank account.
At this moment i am owed $500,AU.
They keep trying for me to change the payment method, which i have done several times to no avail.
Payment Dates 17th June. 3rd September 24th September. Nothing since.
Will forward some of the email they sent.

Please, be aware that not all payment methods are available. For some reasons, we cannot send wire paymetns to New Zealand, but we are working on it.
Our team asked customer to create BTC Wallet so we could send it there, but he refused to do so.
So the Financial Team offered to send winnings to Skrill account. But to do so he has to place at least one deposit with Skrill and then he can request WD of his 500 + his Skrill deposit. But the player refused to so.
Instead, he created WD request using PaySafe WD method, so they asked him to make sure that he input correct PaySafe account details, to which he replied that he doesn't have PaySafe account.
Unfortunately, for now we cannot procced Wire payment. So we advise to create BTC wallet or PaySafe account.
Good morning can you please tell me which country Irish Luck operates from. Then I will contact my Bank to find out why they cannot send money to New Zealand.

At this point I would recommend you to cooperate with the casino. If they currently can't process you withdrawal directly to your bank account, and you need the money as fast as possible, it would be better to get them on a different payment method.

Here we go again. As you can see from a previous note they offered to send it by Skrill.
They have so many of my accounts. All 3 of my previous withdrawals have been done with Net Teller and sent to my Bank successfully.
