I made a bitcoin deposit on 8/4/2022. They gave me an address to send it to and I sent it there. I have done this process with them many times. The funds are there at the address and confirmed for over a week now. It's 8/13/2022 still nothing. I keep being told over & over that it is being looked in to and will take 24 to 48 hours. Anything you are able to do to help me resolve this issue I thank you for.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I don't know that much about bitcoin but the money is in the address they gave me still. My provider told me there is no problem with that Transaction. It was only $60 but I feel I did what they told me to do and it's there. If they can't get access to that address that shouldn't be my problem. Why would they tell me to send it there if they don't have access to it

Based on our previous experience a lost deposit may take up to a month for the casino to investigate. I can only recommend to wait for now. Please let us know during next week if there has been any update. If still nothing, we will try to intervene.
