The player had deposited $50 in cryptocurrency at a casino in Arizona and won $1600. They continued playing to meet the wagering requirements. When they reached a balance of $1750 and tried to withdraw the money, their account was disabled, blocking access to their winnings. We had reached out to the player for more information to better understand the situation, but the player did not respond to our inquiries. Consequently, we were unable to investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

So I deposited $50 in cryptocurrency yesterday to ignition casino. They gave me a 300% deposit bonus on top of the $50. So I had $150. $50 cash and $100 bonus. I was playing on the slots for about 2 hours when I hit free spins in the stampede slots game. During the free spins I hit $400 and then another $1200. After I had hit that I was trying to cash it out and I couldn’t until I met their cash out eligibility requirements. So I kept gambling and gambled about another $300-$400 from that money until I met the requirements and the money was available for withdrawal. So I went to withdrawal it this morning for $1750 and about an hour later my account was disabled and I can’t log back in and gain access to my money.
