I have been trying to get the money out for over 1 month. After a few weeks, they put the money back into the game account again. I made another withdrawal on 3/8.
When I contact the support, they say that they forwarded the withdrawal to the company that pays out and that I should have the money soon. Nothing happens!

We can see that two withdrawal requests were approved just today (Aug 19), since it's a bank transfer, it may take 5-7-10 bank days for money to be cleared onto your balance.
