I opened account on ice casino approx 1 month ago I got 25 eur bonus through which I made profits and continued to play and made some deposit also and made total 300 usd. Then to take withdraw I submitted my id proof front +back +selfie with front I'd. They reviewed my document and block my account temporarily but no email arrived when I asked customer support then they said to submit another document previous one was suspicious. I again submitted and it taken too long to check after 10 days they again said to submit another one. I submitted fresh clear photo of first I'd that I submitted alredy since no one have collection of ids so they submit one by one. Now today I asked what happened to my document it reviewed or not then support said my id parmanently blocked as I photo shopped my selfie. I was totally shocked. Please help me to retrieve my fund casino Guru. I ll be very helpful to You. I m a genuine customer and I dont know even a bit of photoshop. I m providing u last conversation screenshot and my ids if u find it suspicious or photoshped then don't help me. Sir I spent lot of time to gain that much. Please help

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Can you please forward the exact same documents you provided to casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru for further review?

I first submitted my Adhar card national ID of my country and then they blocked my account then I submitted my voter I'd and they said to submit another document and I submitted again my Adyar card bcs I have only two identity card but they blocked my Account permanently.

I contacting customer support on daily basis bcs my account was temporarily blocked but today they said my account permanently blocked due to I made photos hop editing jn selfie photo but why I will do such stupid thing.

They r saying I photoshoped my selfie then please ask him to provide evidence .I want evidence because I spent my money and lots of time and effort .

Please help me to recover my account
