This casino is the biggest scam I have ever come across. I have been waiting well over a month for my withdrawal to come through. I have had about 15+ rejected withdrawals due to ‘technical issues’ and their group of robot customer service idiots have no answers for me to ‘be patient’ and to try again, and when I do try again it’s rejected again and again. I have completed all the verification needed and there is no reason my withdrawals shouldn’t be processed, as I have used other casinos during this time with no problems withdrawing to my account. This casino is stealing from people and not paying out winnings. No issue taking my money in an instant but being made to wait over a month to receive my winnings is a joke.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello!

All winnings were with real money, I never use any bonus offers so there were no wagering requirements I had to fulfil.

I had been fully verified for a while I’m not sure the exact time, but when I went to withdraw my winnings the first time a month ago I needed to verify again which I did and everything was approved.

I spoke to the casino about 12 hours ago asking if there were any updates from the finance department as they had told me my case was referred to them and they would get in touch, but for the whole month they have been saying the same thing and no one has been in contact with me with any explanation other than ‘technical issue’

Looks like the delay is caused by the external PSP, since the casino approves the requests according to their T&Cs.
