Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the bonus T&Cs to the Welcome offer and I found this:
"6. Max transfer for money bonus is x5 from the bonus amount received"
The casino representative might have just missed that. However, rest assured that it is not unfair for casinos to set a maximum cashout for their bonuses. In fact, it is very common and if the casino capped your winnings in accordance with the T&Cs, there is not much more we could do. Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with.

I'm aware of that, I didn't complain to the casino at the time either. I just think it's wrong that people are lying under my comment and thereby deceiving other players, I would therefore ask the casino to delete the comment.
