The player from Greece has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a normal deposit like I always did the money went in normally the next deposit I made the money disappeared I talk to them they tell me to look in my transactions I look I see my deposit has been declined even though the money has been taken from my bank I tell them this is what they ask me to send them proof that the money was withdrawn I send them the screen shot of my bank they say they will sort it out they will send me e-mails and the related and nothing no voice no hearing I have never seen this before in a casino be afraid make a deposit, don't let your money be stolen, inadmissible

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
