Hello, I wanted to describe the unpleasant situation that happened to me at Ice Casino. My account has been unjustifiably blocked under the pretext of suspicious activity. I asked for evidence of what the suspicious activity was, unfortunately I did not receive them, I have screenshots that I can send to an e-mail from the conversation with the support lady who did not want to give me more information and did not provide me with evidence why the account was blocked. The account was blocked according to T&Cs of the casino:
"13.5 The Company may terminate Your Account, -including your username and password, - immediately without notice:
13.5.1. if for any reason we decide to discontinue to provide the services in general or specifically to you;"
Can you please clarify, what 1000 PLN are you referring to? Since the balance of your account is 0 (zero)?
