Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever deposit there in the past? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that every casino has a minimum deposit amount and if I'm counting correctly, 3500 ARS is $10 which is a standard minimum deposit in many casinos.

The exchange rate for Argentina is an extremely complex and painful topic. And it’s not even that the peso to dollar exchange rate can change significantly in just a couple of days (the depreciation of the peso to the dollar by half in six months has been the norm in the last decade).


That is why there is no other option for casino, but to stick to USD within the transaction.

If the player does not want to convert to USD - he may just refuse from depositing the money.
