The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. Despite extending the timer by 7 days for the player's response, the player failed to respond, which led us to close the complaint.

The casino avoids paying out, at first finding problems frivolous. As the statutory time has passed. They are unable to answer with sense. I think I was cheated
