I created an account after reading a reddit post giving it a good review. Deposited 65 dollars and not even a couple hours later I was up over 4k playing Mines. I only requested a withdrawal of $450 at first, and not a single cent has made it to my account. Support has completely disappeared and so has my remaining balance.


I reached out to the Curcao Gaming Board (because their logo is displayed on teh site) to submit a complaint. They informed me that this casino is not under their jurisdiction (therefore my case is dismissed). Meaning they're lying about where they are operating out of, who they are, and almost definitely are a complete scan from start to finish.


Don't out your money here, please.

I reported the casino to the Curacao Gaming Control Board. They informed that the casino, Heybets.com, was not licensed by them and therefore could not help me with my complaint. However, the website displays Curacao License logo on the bottom of their page. This casino is unlicensed and 100% a scam. I also still have not heard from the casino regarding my funds. I have written it off as a loss at this point.


If you can help me recover the funds, that would be fantastic. But I am not getting my hopes up.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since mid October. I think it was either the 18th or 19th. I can no longer access my account. I mad attempts to verify my identity which were pending at the time of the incident.


I did NOT accept or participate in any bonuses offered by the casino. I won through real-money deposits I made myself.
