As explained in the other thread, the player requested his withdrawal on a Thursday (May 4th) and it showed up on his bank account on Monday (May 8th).


Our Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals are instant and usually processed within seconds. ⚡️


But since the player used our new Fiat Feature, it might take a few days for the withdrawals to be processed if the receiving bank does not support "Instant Sepa Payments".
