The player's withdrawal is delayed for 3 weeks. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.
Hi. I live in nz. And i playing hellspin sometime for long. And almost my withdrawal done super easy( small amount under 1k) . but this time i has big win after small deposit. I made withdraw from 8.12 until now i dont have that money. I mailed them chated with them so many times. They only answer we have issue and we working on it to resolve. Day by day i keep asking but nothing change. Issue still there . they keep saying the same answer.

My account fully verified after they cancelled my withdrawal and asked me more documents.
This issue is my 2nd withdrawal. I have 2 debit cards
First withdrawal i deposit by 1st card and won. I withdrawed to same card. And they cancelled and mailed me to used bank transfer. I followed and i got money.
Second withdrawal ( issue withdrawal : i deposit by 2nd debit card. Before i play i cancelled all bonus and played by real money. I won and make withdrawal. They cancelled and asked me more documents again. I done and they succesed my withdrawal. But money never come after long wait.
I mailed and live chat with them day by day for nearly 1 week. Nothing changed
The last time i spoke to them was yesterday. They still answer the same : " Issue unsolved we working on that. Dont worry you have your money soon"

I contact them again today. And they said still working on that. Nothing up date. They said issue because problem from my bank. I asked them what the problem so i can try to call my bank. And they said they cant tell me???? What it mean??? If problem from my side why they cant tell me? Why they need to fix by theirs side? And keep telling me to wait ....
Update: they refunded 2.5k to my casino account and told me to make new cash out request. I done it with my other bank account number link to other card not same with the card with this issue. And just got success by them. Hope i can have that money without issue again. Lets see what going on. Thank nick for helping me. And have good new year.
