The player from Australia met the playthrough requirements from his deposit bonus, and attempted to withdraw his $500 winnings. After more than a week without receiving his money, the casino's customer service stated that $215 was deducted due to a bonus, although the player alleges that all bonus conditions were met. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I had a deposit bonus which i had well and truley met the playthrough on i had $500 withdrawable left so i withdrew it. Over a week later there is still no money received so i asked there customer service about it.(slowest customer service I've ever encountered btw) they informed me that they took 215 off my winnings because of bonus but thats not true all bonus was played through there own casino was saying that i had 500 withdrawable babance

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Could you please advise how much was your last active deposit and how much bonus was rewarded?
