The player from the US tried to withdraw his bonus winnings, but they were confiscated. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
i won off of a bonus and asked if i could withdraw threw live chat and was told if i made a deposite first i could. The manager took my hundred and i complained so they gave me 20 free spins and i lost. I got another offer in the mail 30 free spins so i played them and won 100 again and again they took my money.
