I recently deposited 50 pounds and placed a wager all 4 selections won the winnings is 437.00 after sending my kyc documents I have now been blocked with no communication from them I tried to login and they have blocked me I thought it was a email problem but after checking this isn't the case I've read bad reviews about this company as scammers and frauds I have sent you an email with documentation including screenshot of the winning bet and also one communication from them but basically they are avoiding me as they know I want to withdraw my winnings I will contact Ibas if I don't get any joy the problem is they are licensed in Curaçao and there licensing is poor

Please note I tried to be amicable but they have now closed my account without any of my winnings being given to me so basically I've lost all of my moneys which I knew would happen after reading there reviews problem was I had already placed the bet before I saw it all I'm deeply saddened there customer service is nil they have now closed my account with no explanation of the moneys I won what a scam I've sent you the emails over for your perusal these people are ruthless scammers withholding a person's winnings plus closing the account because I asked for my money disgraceful I will seek legal action against them to get my moneys I sent them the iban number via email and gave them a time line to pay which I was reasonable of Sunday the 27th but as soon as they had there backs against the wall its any excuse to close it and not inform of the winnings

I would appreciate maybe some type of help if its atall possible from yourselves I understand its casino based what you deal with but the sports betting is directly linked in with that so if its possible to maybe get in touch with them that would be massively Important otherwise I will need to seek legal ramifications against them the list of this type of issue by this company on trust pilot is extortionate they shouldnt have a licence and shouldn't be allowed to trade with customers being left high and dry there's a list of ongoing problems on trust pilot relating to playatharrys. Com how on earth did they manage to scam players there money, honestly this is the lowest I've ever come across in relation to if you could try to mitigate 437. 64 p gone no sign of any money no mention of them paying do they honestly believe I'm just going to leave it they are seriously wrong

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t facilitate resolving this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. As I mentioned earlier, since we don’t have a branch dealing with sports betting yet and enough insight to take on this kind of dispute or judge it appropriately, we are forced to reject your complaint at the end. I really wish I were of more help.

I contacted the casino requesting more information and will continue our communication via emails.
