Hello, I've made a 3 withdrawal request February 10, 11 and 12 using skrill.

By today (February 14) I didnt receive the money.

I reached the online chat and e mail support several times and only got some generic robot answers thst I need to waitm the have some delays etc. But when I asked for how long I should wait - they cannot provide my any estimations.

I've played with raw cash, made many deposits and withdraws in this casino.

The didnt ask me for KYC veryfication.

The last sucessful withdrawal was on February 8 using the same method - Skrill.

It took normal 2 or 3 days.


About the verification: I'm quite sure that I didnt do veryfication, however I might forgot. When I get to profile>veryfication I see this information
