The player from United States had her account blocked. Casino didn't respond.
These guys took my account and now i cant into it at all. All i want back is my 40 deposit its just wrong that there able to pull crap like this i will never return

Really you think so! Thats why I said you took my account and wont let me back in. That is crap Ive got the card I paid with Ive got Id you guys need to check things out a little better befoer you go blocking some one who has 616.00 in there account. its not like im trying to rip you off. Im the one being ripped off.

Why is my account blocked I dont know other then there not a good site because they dont make you verify your email befor you make a deposit that was my mistake. Because i gave them the wrong email i thought that was the email I had but it was not. They wouldnt allow me to change it. Ya thats fine with me to put them into are conversation
We would like to ask the Hallmark Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
