Withdrawal requested asked for verification documentation, several provided. Eventually approved docs. My withdrawal status has been sat at pending for 3 days then now sat in sending to processor for another 3 4 days. I contacted customer support they advise unable to assist as this is now with another department. Can anyone help please?
