Hi, I'm Kristina. I have been trying to withdraw for 24 hours .. unfortunately when I arrive to put my data and my iban the page is played and does not go on blocking the withdrawal.
A week ago I tried to withdraw the first 150 but in an email they wrote me if my withdrawal method was not good and to try again with another way but it crashes. I attach the screen of the mail I received. Please help me
