The player from the US has been accused of breaching the Bonus T&Cs. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been playing at Grande Vegas for several years and I finally won a bit of money a few weeks ago. I submitted everything requested for account verification and was told my money would be deposited. Apparently I played a few free bonuses after I requested a withdrawal and they cancelled my withdrawal and even took my winnings. They told me that it is one of the rules that you can't play any free bonuses while my withdrawal is being processed. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. If you win a jackpot at a regular walk in casino they encourage you to keep playing. It is the biggest scam and I wish that they would have to be held accountable!
