Hello. Was using a few time casino Goodwin.

the are lie to people when it is about payments.15.12 I took a bonus without deposit and I lost all.. sines on my balance left 0,15 cents.next time I deposited 100 eur 19.12 and took another bonus. When i wanted withdraw they said I need return them 4000 from my bonus that was 15.12. I asked return my 100 euro but they was impossible too. Because they want 4000. I guess menu sites pervious bonuses don’t took in attention especially if you have 0,15 cent on balance.

anyway I don’t know how was I lucky and I got play and 4000 was finished. I asked for win payment. But nobody didn’t write me any email about what documents they want. I sent them by email and uploaded on website.

but still till now my papers not approved and casino not contacted me.

I just noticed on your pages many negative returns about that casino.

why it still work and use money from people?

anyway. About myself. How can I get my money in 2014 euro?

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? Was the no deposit bonus canceled before you deposited again? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
