Hello, yes I sent my documents for verification just yesterday morning. I spoke with different casino operators and they gave me several excuses, although the last one was the one they tell you, my deposit was higher than the bonus limit.
At all times it is indicated that the maximum of the bonus is €500 but in no place that the initial deposit should be less, I attach terms and conditions. I understand that if I deposit more than the maximum bonus I will get the maximum bonus and not 0, as I always have.
