The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings had not been received yet. Despite his account having been fully verified and him being promised to receive his winnings within 24 hours, the casino had started an investigation 7 hours after he sent proof of withdrawal. We had extended the response time by 7 days but the player failed to respond. As a result, we had no choice but to reject the complaint due to the lack of further information.

I made a withdrawal on 22/3/24 and it was successful on the 25/3/24 but i am yet to recieve any money or any reason as to why i havent recieved funds. My account is all verified but can not get an answer from the casino

So a further 7 hours after i sent my proof of withdrawal i recieve an email saying they have started an investigation. As soon as this casino recieves your deposit you are wasting your time trying to get any information from them
