I have played in golden lady casino many times and they have paid my withdrawal requests 4 times now. However, I have more than 6 outstanding withdrawals totaling to $7000 dating back to the earliest one 12/17/2022 and last request was back in March of this year. Every time I talk to someone on their chat line they assure me that my requests are with the finance team but nothing happens after that. I'm hoping you can help me with this I can share my username and withdrawal request # s if you need those. I hope you can help me with this or at least help me expose this casino for scammer they are. Thank you

I also hope that you can help me with this issue as well not so much for the money but more because I don't like to get taken advantage of.

Yes, all of these withdrawal are through deposit bonus ( 600% to 770% deposit bonus with 30X to 45X of my deposit +bonus play through).

No reason givin why its taking so long. I've gotten paid Before and those took almost 3 month to pay. But this time around im just getting the promise that I will get paid but no action.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Lady Casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
