Has anyone noticed the issues with the tiger tiger game by Yggdrasil? I started playing this game through Golden Crown Casino, just on small bets of about $2/3 per Spin. It was all fine. Then I started betting higher, and from $20 per spin and above the game become randomly buggy & the reels hardly spin. I contacted Yggdrasil who basically claimed that I was wrong even though I have video evidence of the reels doing this on higher bets. I suffered an alarmingly high loss from the game which to me seems like it’s because of the malfunction with the reels not even spinning.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think this would be a software provider issue or casino issue? I only contacted Yggdrasil because the casino told me too. So I wasn’t sure if they were just passing the buck.

Thank you for your reply, xdpchnw. We also recommend players with similar issues to contact game providers. Some players reported that using a different browser or having a stronger internet connection helped. You can try it, but of course, this is not always helpful for everyone. Other players just moved on to other games that worked correctly.

Unfortunately, from our position there is not much more we could do here.
