The player's account got blocked for having multiple accounts. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.

I have the following problem:
I wanted to sign up for GGBet, but it turned out that there is no account for my email and I can't sign in. Since I got a new email address after creating my account at GGBet, I registered with it again. One day later my account is blocked, when I asked the support I was informed that I have several active accounts.
I asked support to delete my old account (which the site says has already happened) and give me my money back. Both were denied.

Could you please advise when did you create your first account? Was there any remaining balance? Did you already deposit into your second account? When was the last time you contacted the casino and what was their respond regarding this issue.
