I played to GGBET Casino with no deposit bonus passed the KYC process then I request for a withdrawal and status is in process the problem is its already 24 hours and i still didnt receive my winnings so I contact Customer service for follow up and they replied to me the it will take 5 business days to process.
Thats too long because when i deposit it only takes minutes to credit it too my balance how come the withdrawal will takes 5 days to process if the use same payment provider.
So ill ask for proof if they really sent it to the payment provider a screenshot or a transaction id or reference no. they cant provide any so again i ask which payment provider they use they cant even answer that simple question.
I keep questioning the CS this questions they cant answer me a straight answer what they reply was they cant see the precise payment provider handling my payment method which in this case is GCASH and thats the problem why did they offer GCASH in withdrawal if its not available to them and how come gcash deposit is availble and only takes minutes to credit it to my balance and gcash withdrawal although its availble but they cant see it in there payment provider?

As I mentioned I passed KYC and withdrawal is on process its just that why this Casinos withdrawal process takes days to process it Deposit is quite fast it only takes minutes but withdrawal grrr.
Bad experience for us players not good for casino business.
